Welcome to Detail Way Fit (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your use of our website detailwayfit.com (“Website”) and all car wash, detailing, and protective services we provide (“Services”). By accessing our Website or booking any Service, you agree to these T&Cs.

1. Scope

These T&Cs apply to:

• All visitors and users of the Website.
• All clients booking or purchasing detailing packages or subscriptions.
• Any promotions, consultations, or vehicle assessments we offer.

2. Services

Detail Way Fit offers:

• Exterior and interior detailing packages
• Engine bay and wheel cleaning
• Ceramic coating and paint protection
• One-time services and monthly maintenance plans
• Appointment-based vehicle care in Vaughan, Ontario

3. Booking & Contract Formation

To book a Service:

1. Contact us via phone, email, or Website form.
2. Receive confirmation with package details and invoice.
3. Once confirmed and payment is made (in full or partially), the booking is binding under these T&Cs.

4. Payment & Terms

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are payable via credit card, e-transfer, or cash:

• Express Clean: $80, due at time of service.
• Full Detail: $240, payable in advance or on arrival.
• Ultimate Ceramic: $620, 50% deposit required at booking.
• Overdue payments may lead to cancellation of future bookings.

5. Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters. Our refund terms are:

• Express Clean: Fully refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours prior to appointment.
• Full Detail: 80% refund if cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
• Ultimate Ceramic: Deposit refundable if cancelled 72+ hours in advance; otherwise, non-refundable.

To request a refund, contact support@detailwayfit.com with your invoice number and cancellation notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All photos, guides, and logos on our site are our intellectual property. You may not use or reproduce these without prior written consent.

7. Liability Disclaimer

We aim for perfection, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to the detailing process. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the Service in question.

8. Amendments & Duration

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted online, and your continued use of our Website or Services constitutes acceptance. One-time services conclude upon completion; subscription plans continue until cancelled.

9. Data Protection & Consent

We process your personal information in line with our Privacy & Cookie Policy. By using our Website or Services, you consent to this processing.

10. Termination & Suspension

We may cancel services if you breach these T&Cs, including non-payment or abuse. You may cancel any monthly plan with 14 days’ notice via email.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable Canadian federal laws. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Province of Ontario.
